I have a 99 FRC. The right daytime running lamp and/or turn signal is not working. I found directions to change the front turn signal in the owner's manual on page 6-35. I would very much appreciate some helpful hints from someone who has done this before.

Thanks in advance for your help.

This can be done in several ways. One of the easier ways is to look at the front of the car for the brake cooling duct inlet. The duct has some accordian type structure that will allow a little compression of the duct. That will allow the duct to be compressed and moved to the side. You can then reach into the hole and replace the lamp. It requires relatively thin arms to do it that way. I cannot fit, myself. Or, the front of the car can be raised on ramps and the closeout panel can be removed from the bottom.

Welcome to the CAC! I am sure others will post some helpful tips.

Recently had to do this. Put the Vette up on ramps, came in thru the plastic panel directly under the lamp fixture.

I can't fit my hand through the duct either. It is a reoccuring problem on my C5. I turn on the headlights, switch back to the parking lights. This leaves the headlights up. Then remove the three screws holding the headlight bezel in place. Now a fair sized arm can be inserted and the pesky light changed

Everything has been said. Now you have the diagram.
