Here is one of the seven Callaway Twin Turbo 35th anniv. cars built - Looks to be @ Carlisle

I stumbled upon this at the www.35thregistry.com site - Has the updated hood scoops - so far we have been seeing the large Wonderbar on these cars updated as well :upthumbs

Of the seven, I know of the following:

- One that was in CA for sale (2003) w/ silver wheels on it now.
- One In Mid America's MY Garage (300 miles) :cool (4+3)
- One in Arkansas - Bloomington Hall of Fame inductee! (4+3)
- One for sale now in Michigan - has "GTO style" ground effects (auto)
- One that used to be in NC - now in the Bayou state??
- One that has been totalled.
- and there was another - anyone know where / what the details are???

If I ever find a donor TT engine, there will be yet another:D

Sam there is a REALLY rough one on the market you could revive :D

89x2,
On bayou state it is either FL or LA correct(Ican’t remember)? If there is one in LA, that’s news to me, I don't think there are any B2K's in the state anymore. All I know of is a SN 400 and my source on it was not to reliable. In the other Z01 B2K with the GTO body hasn't that car been wrecked?

Daniel, Louisiana is the Bayou State ;)

I had heard the owner of the Z01 B2K in that area had moved from North Carolina a coule years ago - I forget where it was that I saw a picture of the car at a show, but I believe it backed up the rumor :confused

The car w/ the GTO kit - it did show signs of previous a wreck - the previous owner I spoke with would not budge on the price - I was with someone seriously interested in the car :eek

Are you looking for a B2K or other Callaway Corvette??

Welcome to the :CAC :m

89x2,
I though it was, that is sad when I live here and don't know what the state is called. If you have any info on the owners name or location just shoot me a PM or email and I'll hunt him down. We have a meeting of all the state corvette clubs saturday and sunday to do event planning and such; I will see what I can dig up there. I looked for a B2K before I bought the last '89; but could not find exactally what I was looking for. Had to be an '89 with a 6spd, Z51 and FX3 (Black would have been a plus). After over a year of looking I found a NON B2K car in NC and after looking purchased it. I did however look at the high mileage '90 that is floating around in Kansas City but backed out, just didn't feel right. I have been messing with the Idea of selling the GS for a B2K or just waiting a year or so and find one out right. But I just can't see having 3 vettes.

Daniel

BTW I am on here daily just never post, great group you have here
Keep it up!!!

Daniel - Thank you very much for the kind word of support, I am glad you enjoy the site :m

Rene' is the owner who I was told moved down your way from NC although I am not certain of this and the person who mentioned it to me has dropped off the face of the Earth, literally :eek

Member "KRUZMISL" has contenplated selling his black / black 89 zf6 B2K when the Callaway C6 TT is released :eek It depends on a few more factors too, but I thought I would mention that :cool His B2K is NICE!!!!!!!!
Can't see having three Vette's??? Me either :ugh
Enjoy! :m

One of the 7

My father purchased one of these years ago from Chris Iten Chevrolet. We were the second owners, as it had about 3000 miles on it. It was Callaway #101. We sold it about 2 years later with about 4000 on it. I miss that car.

Welcome to the Callaway forum @ the :CAC :upthumbs

re: one of the 88 35th Callaways - is it Still in Florida?? Was it an automatic or manual?? Was it stock in respect to the body??

Thanks - Chris

p.s. Do you have a C8?? Those are some of the coolest looking Camaros ever! :eek

35th

The car was a 4+3 with a stock body. I'm not sure where it went, as we had several, and they all went to different places. One of the more interesting ones was the red 90 vert that we ordered as a B2k from John Jochem Chevrolet, but it never got built as a Callaway.

I regretfully don't have any TT's, but I do have C8 #001, a red vert with the speedster wheels and all the prototype stuff, a 95 vert (stock bodies were technically not C8's) and a 96 coupe. They are a blast to drive, and quite useful as daily drivers.

Looking forward to chatting with everyone,
Anthony Kalil

a fella up here in Virginia bought the 1990 red/ red vert w/ trunk rack and added a Morrison 406 w/ efi Superram to the car and Dymags

The top deck lid was also "cut" to allow a rollbar - car was driven all over the place - last I heard, Magic Dragon on the forum saw it at a dealership (used car lot) and checked it out...

How many years did you guy's own the car???
