High Idle

I have just replaced the ecm on my 84 corvette. Since then the idle has been running very high (reads 14). It has a hyper chip but it never seemed to be an issue before. The only thing that is different is that I put the proper fan sensor in when I replaced the ecm. Could the chip be bad? Is there an adjustment for the idle. The car also now has a hesitation during acceleration. Help!

The chip was not properly installed! Works fine now. Next problem is the leak at the front of the motor.
