Home made hard top dolley

On a prior post I had mentioned that I was gonna build a Hard top dolley out of PVC pipe, here it is. Took about an hour to build.

Bought all the materials at Home Depot. The two front wheels have locks to keep the dolley from moving. Total cost was about $50.00.

Do you make your own wind for your sailboat (I presume you have one) with the size of thos fans?

Sam is that thing perfectly balanced or what?? Are you worried about it falling off the front? It looks to be leaning forward a bit.

It is sweet though, gotta love the PVC.

It's actually very stable. Due to its weight plus the angle it sits in it's actually pushing towards the support post. I was planning on installing some straps that will keep it in place even if someone bumps into it.

The finished product looks to be very well put together. In fact it so looks so good that if you can make them in greater quantities-- ship them up here before Carlisle and get some return on that investment!
