Horn Stuck...

Ok my horn is stuck all the time.. In order to turn it off I have to wiggle the Steering wheel. So I take it its the switch behind the airbag. I assume all i need to do is remove the two screws behind the steering wheel? Do I need a special tool for this. If not what kind of screw and size is it? Any special precausions before I remove it? like disconnect the battery remove the airbag fuse ect.. Thanks

Yes, disconnect the battery.
The screws are T30 Torx fasteners.
