Can a 2016 C7 Corvette be capable of handling 700 hp at the rear wheels with drag radials car has supercharger with Methanol injection and a 100 shot of Nitrous? The car has a Manual trans.

I don't see why not, but I'd be more comfortable if it was a Z06 that you were starting with since car already comes with 650 hp.
