Hot Wheels Hall of Fame-autographed by Elfie

Any one here knowledgeable about Hot Wheels Collectible Corvette models?

I have a red SSR Corvette model still in the original package that has been signed by Elfie Arkus-Duntov. The package inlcudes a Zora Arkus-Duntov Legends collector card, and package is labeled "Hot Wheels Hall of Fame."

Any info regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
