How can i get 'all' the water out of the heads and block ?

Is there anyway i can get all the water out , without having to remove the block drain plugs ? Im thinking like, take off the hose that attaches to the Intake and blow compressed air thru with the lower radiator hose removed . Will this work do you think ???

The only way to get all the water is to remove the block plugs.

:confused Why do you want to remove all of the water? The thought of cleaning out all the rust that will form instantly would deter me.
