How do i change kmh to mph on a 90?

Hi guys,my speedo on the 90 vette is in kmh,how do i change it to mph?Also,my rev counter is reading approx 1000rpm above its true revs,is there a way to fix this?

On my '95, there is a set of buttons just to the right of the steering wheel. One of them is labeled "ENG/MET", and is used to switch between English units and Metric units.

It is a common problem for a 90's tach to be off. You can try a new tach filter or disconnecting the tach filter. If that doesnt work it could be a bad wire somewhere, or worst case your cluster might need repair.
