Welcome to the Corvette Forums at the Corvette Action Center!

How long before I know?

Something not right here!

My first thought and fear is that you put a deposit down to order a new Vette would be not only do they have my deposit but waiting the length of time it takes and hear from the salesman, sorry but you're not going to get it for whatever reason!! If the salesman put it in the system at some point there is a build date followed up by a tentative delivery date. Which should be pretty close, has been every time I've ordered a new car, Corvette or not!!

I WOULD DEFINITELY TALK TO THE SALES MANAGER AND IF I GOT NO SATISFACTION THERE ASK TO TALK TO THE DEALER. You have the right to know and expect a build date and ETA of the vehicle!!!

Doesn't appear this salesman is taking care of business to me!

What do you mean "any other questions?" Please answer this one first...When can I expect to pick up my C7? The salesman wouldn't/couldn't give me a Build Authorization Number like CAC members suggested.

extremely disappointed with GM and Rudolph Chevrolet in El Paso,

Hello,

I'm sorry to read of your disappointment. We want to do what we can to help, although without any additional information, I wouldn't be able to speculate on your order's arrival. However, if you're willing to discuss this situation further, feel free to contact via private message at your convenience.

Sincerely,
