How long to get a VIN?

Ordered a Metallic Red 05 last Tuesday (26 Oct) with Museum delivery and wondering how long it took you guys to get a VIN assigned. Also, can you get production updates? This wait is going to kill me!

Whale...OF COURSE I got the Z-51! Don't think she'll sell it but will use it on the days she's not cruising in her Mercedes SLK convertible

Call Kevin Tarrence at the BG factory at 270-745-8372. He works in the factory and can tell you the VIN, when it is known. You have to have your Order Number however so get it from your dealer first before you call. If he tells you no record then ask him to call you when he does know. You will probably get his voice mail but he WILL call you back. Just be patient with him.

He took me on a personal tour of the factory last week when I was there. My car is being built today or by Friday but I am in Florida now.
