How much to fix?

Hi , I am looking to buy a 2000 c-5 and it has a couple of problems.
1. Oil sending unit is not working
2. Key fob does not lock when you leave car. Battery is ok and has been reset sending unit bad.
3. Car drifts to the right but it was just aligned? Shows paint repair to righ rear.
6speed $18500 needs to have tires in about 5000 miles.
So how much to fix and is it a PITA.

It seems to me that no seven year old car should be having that many issues unless the miles it's been driven have been pretty harsh.

I'd have to say this is a fish I might throw back and resume casting my line out to snag another one.
