I've got most of the under hood area looking good. Mothers mag/alum polish (by hand) worked nicely on the suspension components. A little power tool would be neat if anyone can recommend one that will take about a 2" dia. buffing pad.

What to do with the a/c comp, alt, & even the brake master cyl?

The metal is different & rougher than the suspension & the Mothers didn't do anything?

Thanks.

I used a brass parts brush and Simple Green. It does not give the 'chrome' look like mothers, but it does look much better.

Hi,

I'll give it a shot w/ brass brush & various cleaners. Good thinking - because of the texture. Mothers didn't do anything. (With a rag) If it comes out nice I'll post a pic.
