Help! How to lift a c4 vette properly on a Car lift

I have a 2 post jack that has 4 arms to put cars on ok Im pretty sure I can put a c4 vette on it because it is in the manual as the main picture but I dont want to/Cant afford to make a mistake I know there is a special way to do this I also know there are many posts on this so Im sorry if this is annoying just better safe than sorry. I am attaching a picture {my starion is in the way but you get the idea 4 post lift} any info would be awesome thanks in advance.
