How to paint tail light louvers???????

Hi

I want to to paint the aftermarket tail light louver's which are made out of ABS (black).

The dealerships offer the lacquer paint in a little canister with a paint brush.

Is OK to use or is there a place where l can pick up or order a spray can. I feel that a spray can will do it better (no brush marks) and faster.

Or should l just spring for the money and buy them already painted like the ones they sell in Mid-America?

By the way Mid-America sells two different models on the same page (painted) both made of ABS and one is $20 more then the other???
