Hi All,

I'm removing the upper control arms but can't find any store that has the attachment to a slide hammer to remove the upper control arm bolts. Can the bolts be removed another way? Can you use a hammer or any other tool?

Thanks.

socket or/a combo wrench???
that's what I used...

The front upper control arm bolts are kurled to keep them from spinning during alingment. They can be driven out with a hammer or slide hammer but I would replace them because the kurl will be rolled. They were still available from GM the last I checked. Some of the vendor kits use just a plain bolt in place but you should use the GM one.
