How to Replace Heat/AC Display Bulb

I'm looking for help getting to the interior bulb behind the heat/ac display window. How do I take the panel off?? I searched and found nothing so far. Thanks!

Common problem, the soldered connections on the board behind the control are bad. Supposed to be easey to fix (or can be sent out to be fixed for less than $50).

Or...you can replace the control unit for $300....your call.
