How to resotre 1964 hub caps

I have a 64 coupe and would like to put the original hub caps back on. However, they lack luster and have small scratches. Are there any companies out there that can restore these or is there an easy way I can do it myself. I need them to really turn out nice. Thanks.;help

Are they the polished variety or are they frosted like mine????
