How to tighten rear view mirror?

I'm puzzled at how to tighten the ball/socket joint of my rear view mirror in my 93 Ruby. I don't see any screws of any kind. How is it done?

(I'm not talking about its connection to the windshield.)
:confused

Right at the bottom of the joint is a torx screw for tightening--at least there is on mine. Are you the original owner? I ask because maybe the rearview mirror isn't stock. Just a thought.
:w

If I remember correctly...there is an allen....real small, that may be the culprit, not the ball. If the allen is not tight the whole mirror vibrates....tight suspension is responsible for this. Had to tighten mine twice in ten years.

Rotate the mirror all the way in and see if you can get at the phillips screws behind the glass.
