Anyone have some insight on this? This is all over the news where I am. They took a Dodge Ram that was getting 9.5 miles a gallon and got it to 22...they are looking for distributors. If this really works, then why doesn't the government mandate this for all new cars or something?

You would like to think that by using the news reporters vehicle as a "test dummy" for a consumer product test report with actually reported good results on the local news would be a viable source. Suckers are born every minute (and I may be one), but I sure wouldn't mind a couple more miles per gallon in the vette. I did the math though and at this cost it would still take years to make up the savings in miles per gallon because I only drive on sunny days.

Maybe some Prolong to go with.
;LOL

If they are using electrolysis to create H2, then it probably does add energy to the process. There's a long thread discussing this on another forum where some guys are building their own and documenting their results. It definitely would be better than cow magnets or the Turbinator.
