Gas is more in Europe because they have even more ridiculous taxes on it than we do.boblx2a said:Also anyone who thinks that the oil companies are going to stop at $2.00 a gallon I have a bridge I would like to talk to you about! Anyone want to guess what they are paying for gasoline in Europe?

A gallon of gas is average 1.895 in the US right now. Average tax is 42 cents. That's a 22% tax (on just the retail price). Any other products you buy that have a 22% sales tax on them?
