Monteman427, welcome to CAC. I'm guessing you won't get a response from him as the post that you are responding to is 6 years old. Sometimes when we do a search, the date is not always looked at. This one is from 2005, if he still needs it, it would surprise me. He hasn't been on line here since 2006.
