for my 94 C4 Auto which of the computer modfications has the most power benefit : hypertech module also include your opinion on the Jet Chips module stage 2 vs the hypertech power programer?
how long dose it take to Reprogram your C4,s computer?

Well, for your 94 you only use chips and not programmers. Unless you have other mods already, I would not recommend using a chip now. Spend your $$$ on exhaust, gears, cam, or high stall tc.
