My name is Bill K. I inherited a 1977 C3 from my father a little over 4 years ago and have been restoring it and adding a few mods along the way. I live in Warner Robins, GA... not far from Bob (don't know him... but one of his posts is why I am here and how I found this site). I have currently completely redone the front end of the Corvette, chopped the exhaust (putting in Hedman headers and true dual), new rotors all the way around, up-to-date brake lines, wires, etc. I am about 70 to 75% restored. Mostly I have the bushings in the back, rerun the exhaust and paint. My experience with auto work has ranged from the Porsche 944 to the 1977 Corvette with a 65 Mustang in there somewhere. I tend to stay away from cars post-1989 (I am a carburetor guy... not much use for that new-fangled fuel injection). I look forward to learning new stuff, some old stuff, and hopefully contributing.

Welcome to CAC!

I miss carburetors also; they were simplier than today's HP tuner type applications. :D
