Anybody around WNC know anything about Estates?

A good friend of 40 years got killed in a accedent and I've been elected to handle his estate,He saved my life 3 years ago and I couldn't say No to his Momma!:W:W:W

It's not a very big estate,I just want make sure I'm doing things right!

I'm good at forgery and manufacturing most documents but you already knew that .I'm always here for ya .
