I'm deoing the dd install in my C5. I want the DVD and Nav to work while i'm driving (for the passenger of course). Instructions say connect the green wire to the parking brake so I figured I'd just skip that step. With it not connected DVD dosen't work at all. Help!

If you go to the car audio forums you will be able to see who bought the same Kenwood, or similar head unit, how they got it to work. I develop a competitors DVD / multimedia head unit, but I doubt our parking brake works like the Kenwood.
