I plan on lowering my '94 Z07 with a 1" lowering kit. I was wondering, anyone have an opinion on who has the better kit? And second, who has done this that can give me pointers on what to avoid doing/mistakes if any and or special tools if any are needed. The rear kit is a no brainer as far as I can tell. But I was under my car tonight looking at the front spring, and wondering if the stock spacer has to be cut out and how difficult it is to install the kit shim. Since I do not have a service manual for my car 'yet', here is the dumb question, I am assuming the shim in the kit goes below the leaf spring? Any help would be greatly appreciatted.
