HELP HELP This is my first time on this site. So bare with me.
I have 1986 Corvette,. The key switch on the steering column is malfunctioning. The key gets stuck weather I am turning it on or off. The key sometimes will start and then when I go to turn it off I can't get the key out. The same when I go to start the car the key will not move. I get lucky sometimes and wiggle it back and forth and it turns either off or on.
Any suggestions?
Repair or to replace?
Does the steering column have to come off?
Any help trully appreciated.
