Does anyone have any up date on Illinois House Bill HB4345 ?

The Bill Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Authorizes the Secretary of State to issue to a registered owner of a Corvette a special Corvette license plate to be displayed on that vehicle. Provides that only one rear license plate needs to be displayed on that vehicle.
