Well guys Im going to play with the big dogs.

In about 7hrs Im heading to the SGC event which is predominately ZR1s, lots of the 368 and stroker varieties. I'll be the only Callaway there. I haven't gotten my final chip burned yet, so Im not sure if I'll dyno or not. There have been many threats of highway blasts.

We'll see what happens......

Just remember the most important thing... HAVE FUN :J

(By the way, those banners get kinda heavy. Be careful.) :L

Show them da torque :gap
And may the torque be with you:bu

The meet and greet at SGC is primarily a ZR1 gathering which draws a lot of their modified cars. Those being 368 and 415 c.id. ZR1's!

Surf is going as a 007 secret weapon of mass destruction! I second "May the torque be with you!" :)

whew! Im home. All I can say is WOW!

There were some awesome cars there today. Notably RKreigh's LSV ZR1 which made 515rwhp. That car was just rude. We traded rides, and when 536rwtq of the b2k came down the pipe Ron was impressed to say the least. Then I got my ride in the LSV, it was vicious. My ears are still ringing from the B&Bs :D Super fast!

There was also an LPE 385 stoker, a SGC 402, and a couple of other cars undergoing the treatment.

All in all, this was one of the best Corvette events Ive ever been to. There was no racing action b/c there are so suitable roads near by. I did try to pick on a new Z06 on the way home, but he didn't want any.

I forgot to take the digicam as I got home from a conference at 1130pm last night and got up at 530am this morning. Im going to bed.

:beer

PS all who rode in the b2k were luvin the torque. the weather was a little too warm for max power, but we got the job done ;)

Surf, Glad you got to meet RKreigh - He is a turbo NUT FoR SurE:Silly

So you got to drive his LSV :confused or did he just steal away your B2K keys???

He has been asking for a ride in my B2K - I am actually going to drive it today - Before the rain this week :upthumbs

...where are the pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No we each drove our own cars. It was a lot of fun. Ron is a cool guy for sure.

It was too bad it was so hot yesterday afternoon. As I was driving home last night the air was about 55 degrees, I punched it getting on the interstate and the car jumped sideways at 65mph! :D It wasn't running that good in the 80 degree heat.

After I gave a few people rides, we pulled my car back into Aarons place, popped the hood and grilled some steaks.....on my intercoolers :L or "interheaters" as Ron was calling them.

It was such a great day. The ZR1 guys were highly appreciative of the Callaway, as was SGC owner Aaron Scott. I highly recommend any b2k owners to go to this weekend event. Its one of the best. Good food, fun dynoing, and watching the cars blast out of SGC while people were taking rides.
