I'm Vette-less

On Thursday July 18, 2002 I became Vette-less. I traded my Vette for a 96' Grand Cherokee Limited, that is decked out. The dealer gave me $9,000, I paid $12,500 for the Vette a year and nine days ago, and I gave him $1,400 for the Jeep.

This is a great forum and Corvettes are a great cars, but my heart has always been conquering trails not the streets.

I will always remember having a Stingray my senior year in high school.

Yeah, but...

...then when you're ready, you can start shopping for another one to park next to your Jeep! I've always loved the Jeep styling. First time I ever went 4-wheeling was in a Jeep. It was a blast!

We climbed rocks and fallen trees, and even had great fun blasting through a 'mud bog' that was over 2.5' of water! Until the buddy's Nissan got soaked and died. In the middle of the deepest part of the water!

Desperation mechanic-ing and a run to the parts store got everyone home before dark!
