In Car Video Mounting ?????

OK how or what has anyone come up with for mounting a in-car video camera ???


I've seen the sticky pod . But it looks to me like you could modify a cheaper tripod and have the camera between the seats which would be the best place.

I've got a Sony digital 8 and a Canon Mini DV.

Let me know what you have done

Actually, I know WarrenS has. He's sent me a few video clips crusin' around (at completely legal speeds, mind you. ) from his new red C5.

I believe he made it himself, too.

Autocross crossbars virtually always have a center camera mount built in. Most roll bars and half roll cages have camera mounts available. The crossbar mount gives you a excellent point of view for the camera. R-D Racing has good prices on crossbars.

Yup I am here !!!

I have made a Digital camera bracket , will work with mini DVs too.

Made for C-5s, will mount in less than 5 minutes. Do to issues at work I havent had the time I needed to complete a finished product but i am going to make a bunch un-painted.
