Indicator problem

I have a 1976 corvette. Whats the go with a solid amber indicator (left or right}? I found one bulb was blown, I replaced it thinking that would be the problem but now all the bulbs work {solid} but no flashing....hmmm

You have a Bad Ground or a Bad Flasher!!
