Hey guys, I'm just about through changing my injectors on my 91.Car has 135,000 so,why not...(got the 22lb ford pink tops) anyway, got to injector 4 and have noticed on the intake manifold that about 1/4 of the "lip" that the o-ring seats behind is gone!!. Is this a problem? Hasn't been in the past. Old injector never leaked from there so do you'all think this is ok? Thanks-Doug

The most important item is this: the o-ring HAS to seal to the intake manifold. If the o-ring does not seal 100% around the injector, you will end up with a vacuum leak and your engine will not run right. As long as the o-ring has some material to make a tight fit all the way around, you will be good to go! :D
