Is there an easy way to change instrument panel bulbs on a 79 thanks

Take out the instruments is quite easy, a few small screws and the speedo cable. Even easier if you drop the steering column a little.

When you replace the bulbs, keep in mind you can get different wattages for the same size buld. I think they vary from around 2 to nearly 5 watts. Go for the higher wattage, you'll be glad you did!
