Intake design (plenum volume, runner size and length)

Anyone know of a good resource for information about designing intakes? Things like determining the best plenum volume, and the appropriate size and length of the intake runners?

The team uses auto-ware but it has been ported to linux and the team owner is in the process of changing everything over to Apple so I do not have access to the software for a while.

Thanks, that at least covers the runner length question. I guess I really need to find a book or something that will describe the details of designing intakes.
