Interior door panels (help)

I need to know how to take off the right Interior door panel. How do you take off the clips?? and how hard is to to put back on. Thanx

Just did this yesterday . Take two flat blade screwdrivers , one on either side of the plastic plugs and work them under the rims . Then pull both screwdrivers toward you and snap them out . Also there is a hidden screw under the manual lock switch . You can push the plastic peice up to get at it . Also , there's another behind the door light . Pry the light out from the top . It's back in there . LOL
