Is this a good deal on magnaflow system?

It's been exactly a month since I handed over my 50th AR coupe to the collision shop. I hope to get it back in a week or so, and when I get the DV claims money from the insurance company I want to install a new exhaust system.
Earlier today I went to a highly recommended muffler shop nearby, and got a price of $1400.00 installed for a magnaflow cat-back system with the x-pipe. It's the 15660 model number.
Anyone with experience know if this is a pretty decent price? Seems to be fair to me.
Also for anyone who has this system installed, will the cross connector plate on this particular magnaflow unit completely block the 50th anniversary plate that's currently on the car?

I have no experience with this exhaust system but a few web sites show prices from $1,965 up to $2,300 for that model number and there is no mention of an "X" pipe included with the kit. The prices quoted are "not installed" also.

Magnaflo also has their logo showing on the exhaust, you may have to remove your 50th Anniv plate and physically place it on the Magnaflo to see if it can be installed.
