Is this a Z06?

I have a good friend here in Atlanta that has an 02 Z06 that has been made into a convertible. His has the Window sticker and build sheet that documents it is a real Z06. Nice car but for the money spent I would have kept the Z06 and just bought a good C5 Vert for when you want to have the wind blowing through your hair!
