On the Drivers side header there is a jingle in one of the small tubes that goes into the primary. Sorry for the lack of description. Anyone familiar with the TPIS headers with the emissions stuff? It is the longest tube, and If I put my hand around the tube it muffles the sound. It almost sounds like a spring or something is sliding back and forth. I would post a picture but I can't get into my upload folder... :mad I will keep trying. Any ideas what this is?

EDIT*

I got the pic, it is the tube that the arrow is pointing to.

It could be a little ball of welding slag in the tube. Try blowing it out with some compressed air and see it it clears it.

That's what I was thinking also. If compressed air doesn't do the trick, he might try shoving some wire through it. There should be access inside the pipe and if he can knock it loose, the air will get rid of it (hopefully). I know I wouldn't take a chance on putting it on the engine until I knew what it was.

A little piece of slag will do wonders for an exhaust valve.
