Whoever had this one before me barely dropped a dime on wax, soooo I been applying a few coats of NXT on her lately.
Seems to be working pretty well , also been using turtle wax trying to restore the "Bright Red" ....

The NXT seems to put on a very nice shine , just not sure how long it will hold-up.
But overall for an easy to put-on/take-off , works very good ~

Im actually in Lombard....

Put the second coat of NXT on yesterday and it got even better !!!

What waxes have you used before ?
Did you purchase the wax booster by NXT yet ?

I just tried NXT this weekend too... it works great. I think it works best if you let it sit for at least 15 minutes before wiping off.

I tried it on my Harley too, and I could actually see the reflection of the sissy bar in the back fender. I was a bit sceptical at first, but after seeing that, I am sold. and it is very easy to use, and wipes off clean.

What is this booster stuff?? I didn't see that at the store!

NXT Booster is one of those in between spray waxes, only tried it once thus far. Supposed to be applied in between waxes to help bring out the color of the paint even more????
Time will tell but thus far very pleased with this product.

Yep, Bloomington Gold is June 24,25,26 & 27

I also do Chips, not as much as I I have in the past, but i still will do them.

What is done to your 91?

Figured you guys would bump into each other at some point.. on here my user name is different then the other sites I'm on.. VetteTech81 is my other name for those who didn't know..

Back to the subject at hand, the wax really seems to show off the red nice.. anyway back to work..

Well its in the "very good" hands of Mr Vette Tech/Black n Blue at the moment..haha
Anyway, like most C4's I been hearing/reading about , its been running a lil HOT in my opinion. Its all Stock no "mods" just trying to keep it as is for the most part.
Want my temps to be in a more normal cooler state. As of now it appears I have a problem with my fans turning on. There is only 1 fan that appears to be working & kicking on at the moment & when it does according to my analog read is about 230-240. The other fan doesn't appear to be working whether the a/c is on or not. Actually posted all this in another post but anyway .. I did purchase a temp fan switch from mid-america but at the moment doesn't seem to be working properly , so unless rick can pull off a miracle might be leaning towards a chip turning the fans on sooner.
Seems that might be the best way to go , since im not too familiar w/that process of having a chip made ...wouldnt mind hearing about it , thx...
