Keyless entry on a C3?

Is there a kit where you can a install a keyless entry on a C3? Where can I get one and about how much? Thanks!

im hoping to find a remote control alarm that will also unlock the doors.....seems like a stretch though.

The kits are everwhere, just go to any store that does automotive radio installs.

The trick is whether or not you have electric door locks. I did not and got mine at JC Whitney. The information is here. It's a work in progress but the kit information is on the page.

you didnt have power locks and now you do? alarm too?

Let's say I've got half power locks. I have one in. Added it while I was rebuilding the window regulators, which I am one nut, two washers and a spacer away from finishing.

I added the keyless aftermarket alarm this summer. It has the capability to control the door locks when I get them in.

The door locks are easy. They come with a wiring harness and everything.

I had a difficult time finding someone to do the door locks. Something to do with the twist mechanism.

I hav electric door locks now but not keyless entry. What would it take to make that happen????

I paid to have an Audivox system put in. Installed it was $350 including a code hopping wireless unit and a microwave transmitter in the car for the days when the top is left off.

I put keyless entry on my '71. I like the unit a lot. It uses code-hopping and also has aux outputs that let me control other stuff. Currently have it hooked into my EFI system so the car will not run when locked.

I got all the parts from www.partsexpress.com it is their Omega brand. Controller+actuators+relays came to right at $100.
