kool blue vs. green air filter

Green???? Where did you see those?

I'm looking at getting a set of the Kool Blue filters for my '82, and probably one for my '73 while I'm at it.. they're about the same as the K&N, but a few bucks cheaper from what I understand.

what kind of engine are you considering for your '82?

We dyno tested a K&N air filter against a paper filter on a 99 Silverado LS1 based engine and saw a whopping difference of 1hp at 6000rpm. This was under controlled conditions.
