L-48 hood badges

Hi everyone.......I have a '74 roadster and according to my vin# is a L-48. Did all L-48's have hood badges from the factory? Mine does not.

I'm learning more everyday!!My '74 is more original than I
thought!!! No wonder I'm doing well in the car shows I have entered. You guy's are a wealth of knowledge....
