Leaded gas

I have a 1969 Corvette 350/300HP. It is the original block but some has put 1974 head on it. Do I need to run leaded gas?

I personally like to run water as my fuel... much cheaper then any type of gas. Sorry I don't have a good answer for you. Hopefully someone will come along with some better advise.

No, you don't. Just run unleaded and don't worry about it.
