Leaning to the left

I need some trouble shooting ideas for why the body height on the driver side is 1.5" lower than the passenger side.

Is it just the body, or the frame too?

If it's the frame, try removing the rear spring and swapping it end to end. Make sure your front springs are in good shape and that the end of the coil is seated properly in the a-arm pocket.

If it's just the body, check the body mounts

I get the car back tomorrow. I had a new bumper installed and painted. Having just noticed the "lean", I will get under there and do some measuring. Right now it seems to be just the body.
