Hello,

Has anyone out there had any experience with using
Leather Aid on the areas of their seats (like the side bolsters)
that get rubbed and faded from abrasion? Any hints on
using it?

Thanks in Advance :w

I don't know enough about their product to comment on it...... however they say it's a dye and your automotive Leather is top coated so you're going to need to replicate the original process to get the best, sustainable finish.

Check out Leather Magic's leather repair kit . I've done many seats with it and have had fantastic results.

My site is down at the moment or I'd show you some picture of a white seat and black seat that I've repaired and made look new.

Thanks, I'll check out that site right away.

So I take it this works wonders on the bolster when it gets worn down?

and about small scratches how small or big are we talking? ;)

anyway how to figure out what color you need for say a pair of 91 Red seats?

DetailingDude,

Is that 'Leather Magic' kit easy enough for the everyday joe to use? I have a small (2") cut on my seat and am wondering weither I should talk it to a pro (like yourself), or attempt repair myself. There's something to be said for being able to take it back if it doesn't work. I appreciate all your advice on this forum, thank you! :cool
