Question: LED Headlights

I have a 1995 Corvette LT1. A couple of years back I installed some Ebay LED headlights and immediately had issues. Fog lights stopped working and headlights were hung up on bright or maybe just the indicator. I removed the LED headlights and the problem went away. I'm ready to try again with Osram Chips 110W 5x7 Inch Led Headlights 7x6 Led Sealed Beam Headlamp with High Low Beam H6054 6054 Led Headlight Replacements (Amazon) mfg number AJHCB made by Afeax. The vendor says I do not need the load resistor on these but I think I do. This is what I think I need, H4 9003 HB2 Anti Flicker Harness, Led Headlight Bulb Decoder, Error Free Resistor Wiring Canbus Kit, mfg number TMORI-003 made by THORI. Can anyone please assist or offer a better solution (plug and play)?
