If anyone wants to know what LED tail lights look like in a 92 Corvette then check out my website. It doesn't get any better than this.

Look nice!

They look better than I thought they would. Seen them on some site & thought they were stupid, but actually seeing them on the car they look nice. If I were to buy them though, I'd be forced to pluck a few LEDs out & make it look like a chevy logo in the center (almost does already).:gap

Not bad at all.. can you give me more info on these? Where you got them, how much, how hard to retrofit etc etc.

Thanks!

LED tail lights will require a special tail light relay. Go to this website www.adjureinc.com/index2.htm and you can buy the complete kit for about $325.00. Last time I checked the site it was down. I have purchaced a kit for my 92. The kit contains 4 LED lights and 1 relay. Just thought you would like to know. If you don't see the tail light kit on the website then call the contact phone number and ask them about the light kit. The phone numbers are 1-888-966-9333 or (323) 838-5866. These lights have a plug on them with wires leading to the circuit board on the back. Just take the light bulb out, plug them in, and screw back in place.

:cool Look great

Not exactly my style but an interesting idea. LEDs rarely go bad.

I think an enterprising person could build their own for about $50.

LEDs require a special lens cover to get the full effect. If you were to build your own, I guess they would look ok. Ecklers sells a LED kit but you have to use the original lens cover. After talking to the owner at Adjure Inc., he told me that I could buy the Ecklers kit but I wouldn't be happy with the results. He also stated that the original lens cover would filter the light. This is due to the composition of the lens cover. LED lenses are made of a different material.

BadVette -

Nice ride! I've got a 92 roadster, I noticed in your pics your sawblade rims looked super nice. :upthumbs :upthumbs What process did you followup to get them that way? I presume they are polished vs. chrome.

Thanks. Blaise

The rims on the car are chrome. I bought them from a dealer in my home town. Tinting the windows is next on my list. The car also has B&B stainless steel exhaust, LED tail lights, blue acrylic roof, and electron blue paint. After I tint the windows the sound system is next.
