Legal Headers!!!!!!

As far as I know there are no legal headers available in the Southern, CA. area...
Am I wrong.....If not what can I use??????....and still be smog nazi safe???????????

JBA Headers is one manufacturer of 50 state smog legal headers and exhaust products. You'll have to search for the correct application, but they are available. I'm just too lazy to look for you at the moment.

I've had headers on my car since 1986 and never even gotten a second look. They must have the air injectors, however.

I thought that Lingenfelter had a 50 states system and that there was at least one other. That way, you could give a CARB number, if someone asked you or it. A decal is supposed to be placed under the hood, with these nubmers, but I've not had any questions.

You need a set of used TRACO headers: off my '84? I think they'd clean and coat nicely.

Just looked up a set for mine (94 LT1).

you can get the Lingenfelter's for less and the Hooker shorties are also inexpensive but I'm not positive those have the air tubes. As long as whatever you buy has the air tubes you'll be fine.
